Information we collect

• Birth information you submit: date, time or time-status, and birthplace.
• Your selected reflection topic and the report data created from your inputs.
• If you request a consultation: your name, consultation category, desired clarity, current situation, options, concerns, and any optional context you choose to provide.
• Email address, consent choice, account/session identifiers, and support messages.
• Transaction references and entitlement status. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.
• Basic technical and attribution data such as browser/session identifiers, referring page, and campaign parameters. We do not send birth details or private reflection text to analytics tools.

Why we use it

We use this information to calculate and deliver your requested reflection, review and prepare for a requested consultation, maintain your private account and purchase access, send transactional emails, respond to support, prevent abuse, keep the service secure, and understand aggregate product performance. Marketing email is sent only where you have provided the required consent, and you may withdraw that consent.

Service providers

We use carefully selected providers to operate the service. These may include hosting and database infrastructure, Resend for transactional email, and—when checkout is available—Creem as merchant of record for payment processing, tax, receipts, refunds, and chargebacks. Each provider processes only the information required for its role and is subject to its own privacy terms.

Retention, security, and international processing

We retain account, report, consultation-intake, and transaction records only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. We use access controls, secure session cookies, server-side secrets, and encrypted network transport. No online service can promise absolute security. Information may be processed in countries where we or our providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy of certain personal information. You may also withdraw marketing consent. We may retain limited records where required for payment, tax, fraud-prevention, or other legal obligations.

Children and changes

The service is intended for adults aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. We may update this policy as the product or law changes. The effective date above will be revised when changes are material.
