Eligibility and your information

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting access links to your account, and using the service only for yourself or with the informed permission of the person whose data you submit.

The product

Jade Within provides automated personalized written reports for self-understanding, emotional reflection, and journaling. Reports combine deterministic Chinese BaZi chart calculations with automated narrative generation. Results depend on the information supplied and on the interpretive nature of the method.

Jade Within may also offer a founder-led BaZi-guided consultation for reflective conversation around one question. Neither reports nor consultations are science, medical or psychological treatment, diagnosis, crisis support, legal or financial advice, or a guarantee of events or outcomes. You remain responsible for your choices. Seek a qualified professional for high-stakes or urgent needs.

Purchases and delivery

The Full Personal Reflection Report is a one-time digital product priced at $19 USD before any tax shown at checkout. There is no subscription. When Creem checkout is enabled, Creem acts as merchant of record, processes payment and applicable indirect tax, and issues the purchase receipt under its buyer terms. Your product-specific use and refund terms remain those published here.

Paid access is granted only after verified payment. Delivery normally occurs online through the private account linked to the purchasing email. We may pause generation to protect security, investigate payment issues, or recover from a technical failure.

The optional private consultation is initially listed at $149 USD. It is not available for purchase until an approved external payment and scheduling flow is displayed. Any session duration, availability, rescheduling, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown before payment.

Acceptable use and ownership

You may use your report for personal, non-commercial reflection. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or resell the system or reports, submit another person’s sensitive data without permission, or use outputs to make high-stakes decisions for others.

Jade Within retains rights in the website, software, report structure, visual design, and underlying materials. You retain rights in information you submit and receive a personal license to use the report delivered to you.

Availability and liability

We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every interpretation will feel relevant. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated, and Jade Within is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from reliance on an interpretive report. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes, suspension, and contact

We may update the service or these terms, suspend misuse, and discontinue features. Material changes apply prospectively and will be reflected by a new effective date. Questions may be sent to support@meetjadewithin.com.
